Tablet manufacturers should not overlook tablet design because
it is key to the quality of the end product. Good tablet design is
extremely important; it has an impact upon anti-counterfeiting,
tooling strength, tablet coating, durability and functionality. Good
tablet design helps to avoid downstream manufacturing problems
such as tablet sticking, picking, lamination, capping and premature
