PSL has launched the next generation GFD® Lab Filter Dryer, to answer the challenges of lab scale filtration and drying processes.
The GFD is a bench top nutsche filter dryer that supersedes more commonly used methods of Buchner filtration and oven drying. The GFD performs laboratory process development combining filtration, solids isolation, cake washing and vacuum drying all in one step. The final product is also fully recovered through a unique removable filtration basket.
The new, fully automated GFD, features data logging and recipe input with the ability to run processes without human intervention.
