‘Who would not want to be LUMEN?’
ACG Lukaps (Croatia), a leading manufacturer of two-piece hard capsules and a major supplier for leading pharmaceutical companies in Europe has won the prestigious MojPosao Best HR Practice Award – for the induction and inclusion of new associates. The award provides recognition for the dedicated and organised work of companies, teams and individuals which excel when it comes to managing human resources.
MojPosao conducts surveys that have become a source of relevant information on the Croatian labour market trends since 2005. The awards have been running since 2010, and include a jury of HR professionals, which have – so far – been able to evaluate over 120 reported projects.
This year, ACG participated in the selection for the Best HR Practice Award, which covers the projects that HR teams have implemented, resulting in increased quality of their employees’ work and business results. The selection criteria included the context of project development and its contribution to whole organization.
A total of 26 projects were presented to the audience at the HRdays conference in Rovinj on the 11th and 12th of April. After the presentation, the audience gave their ratings via the web application, with the projects being assessed by both the jury and audience.
Goran Grotic, Operations Director at ACG Lukaps, said: “We are delighted to have won this prestigious award, for our project ‘Who would not want to be LUMEN?’. This is real testament to the hard work of the local team when it comes to the induction and inclusion of new associates.”
Sarosh Bode, Head HR at ACG Capsules, added: “We would like to congratulate the Goran and his HR team on this excellent and well-deserved accolade. Our employees are our most valuable and treasured asset globally, and we are proud to continue winning awards such as this – reflecting that sentiment entirely.”
