Fette Compacting, the world leader in high-performance machines and solutions for tablet production and capsule filling in the pharmaceutical industry, is taking over its distribution partner for the United Kingdom and Ireland, EuroPharma Machinery Ltd. from the founders Geraint Llewelyn and Stuart Waterhouse. The acquisition is part of a long-term succession plan. Geraint remains Managing Director, Stuart will continue to act as a consultant. The company in Bordon, East Hampshire. will continue operating under the existing name. All jobs are retained. The distribution partnership between EuroPharma and Bausch + Ströbel, a specialist machinery manufacturer for bottling and packaging systems, will be continued. “The acquisition of EuroPharma strengthens our position in this important market and lays the foundation for further growth.
