PCI Pharma Services’ Ian Parsonage to Share Serialization Expertise at Global Track & Trace Conference

Philadelphia, PA – April 19, 2016. Ian Parsonage, Senior Director of Global Serialization for leading pharmaceutical services provider PCI Pharma Services, will present at the Global Track & Trace Roundtable conferences in San Francisco on April 19 and in San Diego April 20.

Parsonage will present on Serialization from a CMO perspective, highlighting PCI’s leadership role in advancing Serialization readiness in the industry and lessons learned along the way.  The conferences follow PCI’s own Serialization seminars held in February, which drew a large and engaged audience in both locations as pharmaceutical companies prepare to comply with DSCSA legislation deadlines.

Parsonage will speak to PCI’s experiences in supporting commercial serialization for products destined to North American and European markets, as well as meeting the evolving needs of emerging market countries such as China, South Korea, Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and others.

PCI supports medicines destined to over 100 countries throughout the world and has been significantly investing in expansion of its global serialization capacity for the anticipated market demand created by developing Track & Track legislation around the world.  PCI’s supply network includes facilities located in the United States and Europe.

PCI recently introduced its FlexSuiteTM Serialization technology, custom developed in collaboration with Antares and Xyntek to provide a cost effective stand-alone Serialization solution for pharmaceutical and biotech companies looking to comply with Serialization requirements.

Parsonage notes that the FlexSuiteTM solution offers a flexible operation with minimal investment, allowing for the addition of Serialized codes to prepacked medicines destined to market.
